Processing Time for SINP 2023

Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) allows immigrants to get permanent residency in Saskatchewan through different streams.

SINP has many streams under which you can apply for permanent residency if you are eligible. There are four streams under SINP.

  • International Skilled Worker
  • Saskatchewan Experience
  • Entrepreneur Stream
  • Farm Owner and operator

Today, we discuss the processing time for SINP. Each stream under SINP has a different processing time.

SINP Processing Time

Usually, SINP processing time is updated every three months. Mostly, 80% of the SINP applications are processed under the mentioned processing time by the IRCC.

Some of the applications are delayed due to various factors such as incomplete or missing documents.

International Skilled Worker

The processing time of the International Skilled Worker stream under SINP is 16 weeks. Mostly, within 16 weeks the application will be processed under the international skilled worker stream.

Make sure that applicants submitted all the information and documents to process the application.

The processing time for occupation in demand under the international skilled worker stream is 8 weeks. This processing time does not include the waiting time for requesting additional documents from applicants.

The average processing time is 4 weeks longer than the usual processing time for the international skilled worker stream under SINP.

The processing time for express entry under SINP is 9 weeks.

Saskatchewan Experience

The processing time is 1 week for those applicants who already have existing work permits in Canada. This is the nomination processing time for SINP.

The processing time is 1 week for international students in Saskatchewan. The international student who has done their studies at Saskatchewan college.

Entrepreneur Stream

The processing time is 12 weeks for the entrepreneur stream under SINP. The processing time for entrepreneurs’ nominations is 4 weeks.

The processing time for deposit return requests is within 24 weeks.

The processing time for Farm operators is the same as the entrepreneur stream.

Job Approval Processing Time

The SINP job approval letter is required for employers to hire a foreign worker through SINP.

The processing time for Job approval forms is 6 weeks. Within six weeks, IRCC will approve the job letter. Then this job approval letter must be included in the SINP application.

Latest Ontario PNP (OINP) Draw 2023

IRCC recently announce the Ontario PNP draw on January 24, 2023. They have issued 620 new invitations for the international student stream and Foreign Worker Stream to apply for permanent residency.
